Analysis method of headphone socket failure

Earphone socket is a kind of socket which we usually use to connect with earphone on the electric appliances or mobile phones. Today, we want to learn how to identify the problems of earphone socket. The key problem is to understand correctly. So please understand these problems carefully.
When our electrical equipment fails, the first suspect is the failure of internal parts, such as whether the socket is normal, whether the connector is normal, whether the connector is normal, if to judge its failure? We can judge by the following four simplest ways:
1. First of all, look at it
Use your eyes to observe whether all kinds of switches, keys and knobs of electrical appliances are placed in the correct position, whether they are missing or damaged, whether the display and indicator lights on the display screen are normal, and whether the appearance of the machine is not damaged. Remove the electrical appliances and check whether the internal connectors and wires have fallen off or loosened, and whether the printed circuit board has broken or damaged. Resistors, capacitors, transistors, integrated blocks and other components have no burning, bursting, defect or broken feet, detachment. All sensors, detection lights and adjusting switches are damaged and shifted. Whether the transmission belt and gears are deformed, aged and falling off or not. Whether there are displacements, deformations and damages in the belt-taking mechanism and transmission connecting rod, and whether the moving parts are flexible and free. Is there any fire and smoke in the back of the power-on test machine?  Whether the magnetic head is broken or not clean.
2. nose sniffing
Smell with your nose if there is any burning or other odor in the appliance.
3. ears
Turn the electrical appliances upside down and listen to the sound of loose or falling parts in the machine.
4. manual
Gently pull the connection, plug, socket and components with your hand to see if they fall off. Pull the parts concerned and try their tightness, firmness and flexibility. After electrification, touch the power transformer, regulator, integrated block or other related components to see if there is overheating.
