I. Electrical Performance Specifications
1. Contact resistance test: Requirements: must be below 30 milliohms.
Test under the micro current (100mA).
2. Insulation resistance test: Requirements: Must be more than 100 megaohms.
Input 500VDC voltage for 1 minute and test according to the following contact method:
(1) between the plastic body and the pins (2) between the pins which are not in contact with each other
3. Voltage withstanding test: Requirements: No abnormalities such as insulation damage.

II. Mechanical Performance Specifications

2. Terminal Strength

3. Test Standard State

3. Durability
1. Weldability test
The top of the terminal is immersed in a tin soldering pool at a depth of 1 inch, and the temperature is 230 (+5 C) for 3 (+0.5 seconds).
Be careful:
(1) Welding time should be less than 3 seconds
(2) The welding area should be more than 80%.
2. Welding resistance test
The temperature of the welding furnace is controlled at 260 (+5 C), the time of passing the furnace is 3 (+0.5 seconds) and the thickness of the substrate is 1.0.
The temperature of hand welding should be controlled at 320 +5 C for 3 +0.5 seconds.
Requirements: Must satisfy the body without deformation, meet the mechanical and electrical energy.
3. Life Testing
No-load: The operator performs 10,000 no-load tests at frequencies of 15-18 times per minute.
Requirement:
(1) Contact resistance should not exceed 200 m_
(2) Other, satisfied with mechanical and electrical properties.
4. Heat Resistance Test
After 96 hours of testing at 85 +2 C, it was measured at normal room temperature for 1 hour.
Requirements: No abnormal appearance, meet the mechanical and electrical performance.
5. Cold Resistance Test
Place it at 40 2 C. After 96 hours of relative humidity in 90-96% environment,
The samples were put in normal environment for 1 hour and then tested.
Requirements: No abnormal appearance, meet the mechanical and electrical performance.
6. Moisture test
Place it at 40 2 C. After 96 hours of relative humidity in 90-96% environment,
